An adolescent has survived after falling 40 metres from a theme park experience and touchdown on the canvas of a close-by fairground stall.

Native media report the 18-year-old sufferer, named as Andres Perez, had been using an attraction at a fairground within the state of Tlaxcala, central Mexico.

The attraction was reportedly known as Turbo Power, a pendulum that swings 360 levels.

Reviews recommend {the teenager} fell from the experience at a peak of 40 metres and landed on the canvas of a close-by stall which broke his fall.
