half of oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice or POM Great 100% Pomegranate Juice

1 glass of dry champagne

Butternut Squash Soup with Cider Cream

Soften butter in heavy massive saucepan over medium-high warmth.

Add squash, leeks, carrot and celery; saute till barely softened, about 15 minutes.

Combine in apples, and Litehouse® Herb Poultry Mix. Add broth and 1 cup Litehouse® Cider and produce to boil.

Cut back warmth. Cowl and simmer till apples are tender, stirring often, about 30 minutes.

Cool barely. Working in batches, puree soup in blender. Return soup to pan.

Boil remaining half of cup Litehouse® Cider in heavy small saucepan till decreased to 1/four cup, about 5 minutes. Cool.
