Rosemary Walnuts

2 Tablespoons additional virgin olive oil or melted butter or margarine

1 Tablespoon recent rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

half teaspoon salt

1/four teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 cups walnut halves

Preheat oven to 350 levels. Combine oil and seasonings collectively in a shallow baking pan. Add walnuts and toss to coat. Unfold in single layer. Crab Dip

half stick of butter

1 small bunch of inexperienced onions, chopped

1 Tablespoon sherry

1 pound crabmeat

Crescent Metropolis Oysters

1 pint oysters with liquid

Salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning

Puff Pastry shells or tart shells

Put together shells or tarts following bundle instructions. Drain oysters and put aside reserving liquid. In medium pan, deliver oyster liquid (with out oysters) to a boil. Chop oysters, relying on the scale, and add to liquid. Prepare dinner till oysters start to curve. Take away from warmth. Take away oysters from liquid and pressure liquid. In a skillet, brown flour in oil. Add chopped seasoning, celery and parsley, together with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Sauté till greens wilt.
